This Clarification Text has been prepared by Ramada by Wyndham Arnavutköy ("Hotel" or "Data Controller") in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform our guests who benefit from our hotel services about the processing of their personal data. The privacy of our guests and the security of their personal data are among our top priorities.

1. Identity of the Data Controller

2. Categories of Personal Data and Processing Purposes

Your personal data collected by our hotel is processed for the following purposes in accordance with the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

• Identity Information (Name, Surname, TC No/Passport No): To perform room reservation, accommodation registration (as required by the Identity Notification Law), identity verification, and invoicing procedures.
• Contact Information (Phone, E-mail, Address): To carry out reservation confirmation, information about our services, management of requests and complaints, and marketing activities (with your consent).
• Financial Information (Credit Card Information - Encrypted at the moment of payment): To perform payment transactions and manage refund processes.
• Physical Space Security Information (Camera Recordings): To ensure the safety of life and property of our hotel and guests.
• Special Categories of Personal Data (Allergies, Health Information - If necessary): Processed with your explicit consent to provide special food and beverage (diet/allergy) and accessibility (disabled room) services to our guests.

3. Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected automatically or non-automatically in electronic and physical environments through our website (online reservation form), telephone, e-mail, physical forms at the hotel reception, camera systems, and agencies/online reservation platforms.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations (e.g., law enforcement agencies, tax offices), our business partners (accounting, IT), our suppliers (transfer service providers), and our group companies for the purposes stated above and in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to fulfill our legal obligations.

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Right to Application)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our hotel, you have the right to;

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist,
• Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Application Method

To exercise your rights, you can submit your applications to our hotel in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. You can send your applications with documents proving your identity to address with a wet signature or to info@ramada-arnavutkoy.com address with a secure electronic signature.
